It's hard to believe it's almost been a year and yet some days it feels like it was just yesterday. Each day I wear the outfit I wore when we evacuated I think of it.
Well, as a remembrance, a gentleman from Cedar Rapids is going around town and using green tape to show the water level different locations.
This one is right outside our office.
It's still hard to imagine.
