What a day!

Lately, I've been doing a lot of litigation work for expert witness testimonies and for bankruptcies. I love these special projects and I'm the only one in the office who does this type of work.

That being said, I've never been to court to see my work come up for discussion; however, my boss has testified to it on several occasions.

Well, today I was there to witness it all!!!

This is an extremely large case and there are several people financially involved. So today I watched twenty plus, high price attorneys with my work in their hands! All of them, referring to the exhibit in their examinations and discussing my analysis. WOW!

Talk about a nerve wracking, exhilarating, prideful moment for me. I have always been one to take pride in my work. And it means a lot to me when people say I do good job. And I genuinely appreciate the opportunity Jim gave me to be able to see my work's importance. The opportunity to see my work stand up to the test of all those attorneys without errors/argument/etc...now THAT was a pat on the back.

All the stress, Tums, Advil and tears were worth it for that moment.

Today was a good day.
